We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via email. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. 


Key Responsibilities :- 

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via calls, email, and chats in a professional and timely manner. 


• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. 


• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by working closely with internal teams. 


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution. 


• Identify common issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 


• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and assistance. 


• Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and service enhancements.



Requirements :-


• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role 

• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. 

• Ability to handle a high volume of emails while maintaining quality responses. 

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. 

• Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communications, or a related field. 


Work Schedule :-

• Flexible work shifts, including weekends (if required). 

• Remote
